Laser therapy is performed using a Photizo Vetcare Laser. It works using Red and Infrared light on specific wavelengths and frequencies to accelerate healing.

It can be used to treat skin conditions (e.g. wounds, abscesses, skin allergies and saddle sores), musculoskeletal conditions (e.g. arthritis, muscle spasms and tendonitis), post-op (including skin grafts) and viral-related conditions.

This therapy is a good option for sensitive dogs because it is non-invasive, painless, induces relaxation and doesn't require any recovery time, unlike massage. However, an Initial Assessment is required before this session type can be booked. This service is temporarily only available for bookings in the South West UK.
